Looking for information about my gggrandfather Pedro de la Garza, b. circa 1797, in Cadereyta Nuevo Leon, married Manuela Lazo, b. circa 1797, in Cadereyta, N.L. and married circa 1820, in Cadereyta, N.L.

Was he related to Pedro de la Garza one of the founders of Monterrey?
