Hello Vali,
I have been researching Cesario Morales and have not found any connection to the Garza family except thet his wife Josefa was also a Garza (listed as De La Garza in some records). Perhaps she may have been Juan's sister?
Morales and his family, including Josefa, are listed in 1900 census of Bee County, Texas.
I also found some Mexico baptism records for his children before immigrating to US.
Why Juan and Concepcion adopted Francisco remains a mystery. Also a mystery is why the mother is not named in his death certificate.
