Was Loren F. Gary in the 1860 census of Steuben Co. Indiana, Clear Lake? I have a Justus Whitcomb Gary who was also in the 1860 Steuben Co. Indiana census. He was supposedly born in either New York or Massachusetts about 1825. Do you know if Justus is any relation to Loren Gary. I fould in land records of Steuben Co. Indiana that there were 3 Garys in Steuben Co. IN owning land. Justus or J.W. David and Loren.
