WILLIAM2 GARY II (WILLIAM 1) was born 1630/33 in possibley Holborn, London, England. He may have been Sheriff in Sussex Co., VA.

He was father of William Gary III who married Sarah Cate. This son William Gary left a will 1716 in Prince Charles County Virginia listing his wife and children.
