I am from Texas not Ontario. I have just recently started researching the Garvie side of my family.
The names and dates that you have below match records that I have as children of David (Born 1816) and Mary (Born 1820)Garvie . I show that all of the children below were born in Northumberland, Ontario.
David born June 20,1848
William Born April 22,1852
Ann Jane August 23,1853
Alexander July 6,1855
John Sept 26,1857
James Feb 22,1860
Barbara March 23,1862
Andrew April 5,1864
Alex Dec 6,1866
Mary 1868
I have not be able to find any information on David Garvie's parents. Can anyone help?
