I believe Perry Bartholomew Garvey is in my family line - We have researched Bartholomew Garvey to Philadelphia - a wedding to Eleanor Williams in 1776 - they moved to Westmoreland county and Bartholomew was scalped by Indians delivering wagon loads of bacon to a garrison - He was about 50 'rods' from Reeds station when the Indians got him. The Garvey's then moved to Butler Pennsylvania - We have a Thomas S. Garvey born on Feb 14 1788 in our line. Let's compare our information further.
