Dear Lisa,
I have information on the New Jersey Gartons, but not on any that moved to Ohio. I am a decendent of these Cumberland, New Jersey Gartons, through Jonathan Garton born in 1747. I found that mine all stayed in New Jersey for many generations. I am happy to share what I have, is there a specific lineage you are interested in? Also, if you have information you could share on the parents/siblings of this Jonathan, I would be grateful.
