All the individuals mentioned appear on my tree which can be found by clicking the 'Family Tree' link on my own index page (www.netherwood68.freeserve.co.uk). The information is a bit out of date (it's about 3 years since it was submitted, I think, and I have done more research since then, particularly in relation to my great great grandfather, David GARTON (John's youngest brother living in Garton-on-the-Wolds, Hull, Lincoln, Liverpool, Scarborough, South Shields) and their two brothers, Richard and Thomas, who set up tobacco businesses and settled in the city of Lincoln. Thomas's descendants probably still live there. David had daughters with the names Augusta (my great grandmother) and Cordelia also.

I don't think I managed to find the WAKEs in the 1881 census and haven't come across any descendants so far.
