I am searching for information on my Great Grandparents..Julius Gartner, Jr. b.Berlin , Germany? married Wanda Paige in Calhoun,Michigan in October 1886. I believe she was from France or Germany and married a Mr.Leslie second. B.Nov 12,1869- D.Dec 22, 1957 in the Los Angeles Area. Their children: My grandmother Freida b.Oct 6,1892 d.Nov. 8, 1971 in Chelan, Washington, she married Glen PUTMAN in Leavenworth, WA ; Henry b. Dec 9, 1887 in Michigan d. 1972 ; and Carl Julius b. Aug. 6, 1889 in Mich. d. Nov 13, 1953 in Los Angeles, Calif. I have some pictures of a tree farm titled "Gartner Tree Farm, Illinois" but no date or town. I do know that my grandmothers brothers owned and operated Bakeries in Leavenworth, Washington around 1910-1920 and also in the Los Angeles area later. My information is slight and I have would be delighted to hear if anyone out there is related or has any information regarding this family. Thank you.
