Looking with anyone with information on or connections to either George, John or Abram Gardner, originally from Lancaster County,PA. At their arrival in America, they were "GARTNER" and spoke only German. Following the Revolution, settled in the Kishacoquillas Valley of Mifflin County, PA. John moved to Ohio shortly after the turn of the 19th Century, George and family moved to Venango County at Nickleville, and Abram moved to Columbiana County, Ohio about 1835. (suspect that John lived in Westmoreland Co., PA for several decades ca. 1790-1810 before moving to Ohio and on to Iowa or Illinois,) I have information to share on George and am seeking information on John and Abram. They were originally English Puritans, who had come to the US from Holland and were Lutheran, later Presbyterian. The father of John, George and Abram, also named George, died in 1809 in Lancaster,PA.
