Richard Garrow (1791?) and Exiled Garrow

I am a descendant of Richard Garrow and his wife Hypsabeth/Elizabeth. Their son George (dob 1829) was my gg father.

I am interested in learning more about Richard and his family. Where in Quebec did he come from? did he have siblings? any other information?

About the exiled Garrow. As a chil, I heard that the Garrows were French Huguenots who fled from France to either Enland or Scotland.... I have nothing to support this. Can anyone help??
