Can anyone help on missing ancestors...
WILLIAM GARROW b.12 May 1780 in Brakery, Dallas, SCT .He married JANET KYNOCH/KANDICH, daughter of JOHN KANDICH and JANET MACDONALD. She was born 1776, Dallas, Moray SCT
Children of WILLIAM GARROW and JANET KYNOCH/KANDICH are:
JANET GARROW, b. 14 October 1810 Dallas, Moray SCT.
JAMES GARROW, b. 1811.Dallas Moray SCT
THOMAS GARROW, b. After 1811 don't know where/when
From records in Scotland about Dallas Parish, Morayshire is the following…
Subsequently he (Thomas Garrow) went to America with his family and died there. His daughter married there, and his son lived by himself and used to call on David Philip of Auchness.
(From another source David Philip , emigrated to East Hamilton Ontario Canada. died 3 April 1932 aged 90 at 209 Hunter Street East Hamilton. )
.David's son George -unmarried, David's daughter Katherine married Aitcheson , had son Philip and daughters Eleanor & Betty.
I am a direct descendant of Janet Kynoch's illig son William, who stayed behind in Scotland, and also related to her husband Thomas Garrow by 2 different branches of my tree.
I would love to find out where they went and what became of them, anyone with info, please get in contact.
The records stated America, this could be USA or Canada, my guess would be Kansas, or the Northern States of USA or Ontario CA.
