Can someone give me the Garrison 101 on the Leonard Garrison saga?
I have tree lineage definitely to Alva M Garrison (1817-1883), married to Martha E. Bland (1823-?). Have been told by someone on this forum that his father was Jacob Garrison and that Jacob's father was Leonard. But, those are complete dead ends for me as I have no dob, date of death, wives names, other childrens names, or location of birth for either of them.
While reading some of the Leonard Garrison posts and threads, I've seen that there is several different thoughts on who he was. Coming in late in the story, I'm a little lost. Can someone fill me in a little? I would really appreciate it!!!
