Hi Ellen, I'll be happy to check if you'll tell me a little more about her. I have a lot of unrelated Garrisons in my files. Also, I have Chaney in both sides of my family. Where did Mary live and where did she die? What are the names of her children? Lots of their names provide a good clue to the mother's ancestry. Mary is the most common given name so it's a lot easier if I know a little more. Since this isn't a Shadrack question, you might just email me the info. If we find anything we can always post it under a new thread.
