Title: TO BE SOLD, A VALUABLE tract of land, containing 73 acres, and

TO BE SOLD, A VALUABLE tract of land, containing 73 acres, and upwards, 40 whereof cleared, the rest well timbered, situate near Christine creek, on the great road leading from Christine Bridge to the Lower Ferry, 2 miles from the Bridge, 3 from New Castle, adjoining the commons of New Castle, and bounded by lands of Matthias Morton, Cornelius Garrison, and Thomas Sankey. Whoever inclines to purchase, on applying to the subscriber, living in Newport, before the first of March, may know the terms.
