OK already - madam stands chastened! No Indian blood in the Garrisons or the Pettipools (lantern-faced natives, eh? - I love that!)I shall hie myself back to The History of the Shinn Family and peruse it more carefully for hints of possible Indians.I have thus far discounted the Shinns because my grandpaw Jesse was a blonde, blue-eyed little devil; however, perhaps he was what in genetics is referred to as a "sport", and if I go back a generation or two I'll find evidence of a comely Cherokee maiden who was sucked in by the Shinn charms (or lack thereof).I would, however, remember you in my will (big deal) and, besides that, really appreciate it if you could pass on your Pettipool generational info to me in your spare time to help flesh out my infamous family tree.Later - your lantern-face cuz Sheila
