I have some Garriott information but I do not have anything on your James Francis Garriott that married Mary Blunt. I would certainly think that he is related to the other Washington, Co., Indiana Garriotts however. The Garriott name, with this spelling is not all that common but is extensive in that part of Indiana. I am a Garriott descendant. If you would like, I will be glad to send you a Word Doc. of the descendants of Ambrose Garriott who first settled in that area. Maybe with enough other Garriott names you will be able to find a connection some day. Just let me have your e-mail address if you want that list.
