Who was your husband's father? My David Jr. is back to my mom's grandpa David Van Garringer of Bluff Point who used to be the postmaster there for many years. His father also served as postmaster there when it was called Van.
David Jr's son was Archa. Finally found a neat site with photos on it of Garringer line but its mostly brother to my David Sr. line. Thankful others care to keep information. I do wonder tho how we can preserve such in case of being bombed by other nations. I know its going to happen sooner than we think since Twin Towers destruction.
We think we are safe. I doubt it.
