I just came across an abstract of the will of Andrew Garringer (died 15 Nov 1828 in Guilford County, North Carolina). It mentions wife Agnes; five sons - Henry, Andrew, John, Boston and Peter and four daughters - Jane, Peggy, Betsy and Barbra. I see this family listed on Rootsweb WorldConnect Project using the spelling Gerringer.
If anyone is interested in this abstract I'd be glad to E-mail a copy of it.
