I have a Jacob Garretson (1755-1836) b. Goshen, Cape May, NJ d. Galena, Floyd Co, IN and his son Jacob, Jr. (1796-1834) with no more information on him except his wife, Elizabeth Ricketts (1799-1832). That would put Jr. in about the right time frame and location to possibly have a son named Jacob born about 1812. Might you have pushed back the line since your 2002 posting so that we might have a chance to link? It's a real long shot - Dick
