I'm searching for the ancestors of John Garretson, born about 1757 in Maryland, died in Indiana about 1833. It is thought that his parents were Job and Elizabeth Garretson, but it unknown when or where they were born. However, in the 1798 assessment records of Baltimore Co. MD, a Job Garretson, Sr., Job Garretson Jr., and a Cornelius Garretson were listed, each owning parcels of land occupied by one of the other two, possibly indicating a family relationship. Does anyone have any information on any of these individuals?
