We have talked before but it has been awhile. I would love to have your information on Samuel. I have been trying to nail down all of Jacobs children. I just found some information that might place Wiley, John and William in Mississippi. Nothing much to go on except the names but when I found a Wiley J. Garrard getting land via a lottery I checked out a few more names and found a John and a William in the same area. I have contacted a researcher who posted some inforamtion on Family Tree Maker for Daniel Garrard and places him in Mississippi so could be we can make a connection for the other brothers. Had to go regular mail so it could be a while before I hear from him if at all. I have a list of children for Jacob but absolutly no proof except on the ones I found the information on in Alabama. Looking for information on William, John, Louis, Sarah and Rebecca
Will order probate records for Marshall Co. Al tomorrow in the hopes of finding a will for Jacob as he was last with Micajah Miller family in 1850 AL census and died 1854 according to information I have on hand it seemed to indicate he died in Jackson Co. GA. I think its possible he died Al. so will take a look. Wish me luck.
