Seek information about my gr gr grandmother (Elizabeth GARRARD) who married Thomas J. Moorefield (Muscogee, Chattachoochee or Stewart Counties in Georgia). She apparently died after her daughter (Elizabeth Moorefield) was born in 1849 (?). Thomas Moorefield is buried in the Old Jamestown Cemetery (now on the Ft. Benning, GA military reservation) next to his second wife (Frances Fisher). Any information would be deeply appreciated. Thanks!
