Bill, My husband's line goes as such:
Governor James Garrard and Elizabeth Mountjoy
Mary Garrard and John Edwards
Susan Waller Edwards and John Rankin Tull
Mary Elizabeth Tull and Clark Marvin Comstock
Mary Adeline Comstock and William Duncan Jones
Charles Marvin Jones and Patricia Martha Nicholson
Mary Jones and Roy Dickson
Lorena Dickson and Jimmy Sanders
Steve Sanders and me--Judy King
Susan Edwards Tull and husband migrated to Tennessee-Williamson Co. Parts of the family spread out into Tennessee, but my husband's line stayed in Williamson Co.--then eventually parts of his line came on down into Maury and Giles Co.'s in TN.
I do have a Kidwell line. They were in Giles Co., TN., but had migrated from somewhere in Kentucky, but I haven't got that far in my research on that line yet.
He was James William Kidwell who married Elizabeth Angus circa 1809 in Giles Co., TN. I don't know anything about this James William Kidwell except a little bit about his children. I have no idea who his parents or siblings were.
