My father met a Garoutte family in France during World War II...His name was Colen Garoutte and he often visited a family there. I would be interested in corresponding with any one who is related. He met them in Marseilles. He said that they were the Gene (Jean?)Garoutte Family. They were descendants of the Garoutte brother who had gone to Russia and later returned to France. My father remembered this family fondly and remarked at how generous they were. I would appreciate any assistance you could give me in locating relatives of the wonderful family.

Please feel free to contact me at my email address. Merci! Et bon chance avec le livre. Carol
