Geraldine, I may be mistaken, but I believe that Antonio may have accompanied my grandfather to the United States. My grandfather, Stanislao Garofalo, was born and raised in Marzi. He came to the states in 1910 on the same steamer as an Antonio Garofalo. According to my father, they are cousins.
