Drucilla is such an unusual name that it caught my eye. Just wonder if they might have known each other. I have Drucilla "Patsy" Rose, born July 5, 1760 in Halifax Co., NC. In 1776 she married Pryor Gardner in NC. They had 7 children, one of whom was Elizabeth "Bettie" Gardner, born April 8, 1802. She married John "Jack" Veazey on Dec. 13, 1819 in Warren Co., GA. I have Garners and Garnetts in my file.
