Garlington Family Yearbook

Hello: I received a flier in the mail today from a Maxwell and Christina Garlington of Denver, Colorado. They are pitching a book they put together titled "The Year 2000 Garlington Family Yearbook." It claims to be among, other things, a revision of Thesta Scogland's "THE GARLINGTON FAMILY HISTORY." The flier says it is published by The Garlington Family News. I have been burned by Halberts and other like outfits in the past. I am interested in learning if any of you are aware of Maxwell and Christina who, by the way, added n.d.p. (whatever that means) after their names. Does anyone know about this book and the companion CD rom which they claim contains raw data on the Garlingtons. It is being offered free with purhcase of the book. I am wondering if this is a legitmate endeavor or just another expensive and out of date phone book like so many others have been. If you know something please speak up. Thanks.
