Reuben Garlick documentation

"The Clothier Chronicles" online (www.clothiers.org/chron112.htm) identify Dr./Rev. Reuben Garlick as having been a "...graduate of Yale, and Anglican Minister, and a Tory who served in a British Berkshire Regiment as a surgeon during the Revolution."

Does anyone have sources which confirm these claims? I have been told by Yale College that they cannot confirm Reuben Garlick's attendance there. And I cannot find any other reference to Reuben's service for the British during the Revolution.

Can anyone provide further information?

Thank you.
