My great-great grandfather was Jesse(Jessie)Gardner(Gardener). I have found the marriage to my great-great grandparent on the Free-BMD and on Ancestry.com and would like to know how and where do I send for their marriage and her birth cert.
Jesse Gardner br.1858 Chimney, Oxfordshire married Elizabeth Brooks br.1860 Mar.Ewell(Epson), Surrey
The marriage info. has this on it:
Quarter- Sept., Year-1886, District-Croydon, County-Surrey, Volume-2a, Page-321
Elizabeth's birth info. has this on it:
Quarter-Mar., Year-1860, District-Epsom, County-Surrey, Volume-2a, Page-13
If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated, I live in Ontario, Canada so going to England personally is not an option I have. I also can't find them in the 1861 or 1871 census.
They had the following children:
Louisa Lizzie-1887
George Charlie-1889
Florence Eleanor Catherine-1892
Lillian Agnes Alice-1894
Alice Jessie-1896
Annie Emma Catherine-1889 *my great-grandmother
Elizabeth came to Canada around 1908 with all her children and died July 2 1925. Elizabeth's children lived all over some in Ontario and same went to Michigan and Florida U.S.A.
If anyone sees a connection or can help me it would be greatly appreciated
