Hi Zachary,

There is a lot of info the FamilyHistoryLibrary
FamilySearch website. Some of it has conflicting information such as info that claims Jose was baptized
at San Diego, Ca. From what Ive seen, he was born and baptized in Santa Barbara, Ca. His parents, brothers and sisters are all listed with family going back to Real de Cozal, Sinaloa, Mx.

According to the Santa Barbara Genealogical Society,
Jose Dolores Garcia married Josefa Ayala on 30 Nov
1854, Santa Barbara Mission. Census records show Dina
living with her uncle in the 1880 census. You probably
already have all of this.
From what I've seen so far, it does appear that Jose
Dolores and Josefa were cousins but there is no
confirmation at this time. I would suggest that you
contact the Santa Barbara Genealogical Society for information on how to order a copy of their marriage
record. Or, just go to the sociey's website and obtain the info there. Hopefully the marriage certificate will give
the bride's parents names.
There are also cemetery records on the websites page.
