AFFIDAVIT
The State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, ss.
Bridgat Wortman having made application for a
Marriage License for Frank Gannon and
Miss Maggie Morrow of said County, and being duly
sworn on his oath says that Frank Gannon
is of the age of not less than twent-one years, that he has no wife living, that said
Maggie Morrow is of the age o not less than
18 years, that she has no husband living, and that saif persons are not nearer of kin
than, second cousins, as he verily believes, and that the names herein given are the true and
correct names of said parties.
