Hi,

I am trying to trace my family history back to my grandfather on my mothers side and would love any information.

My Grandfather Edward (Eddie) Gannon, was a merchant seaman living in NY in the early 1900. About 1920-1928 he met my grandmother Barbara in England, they married and returned to the Bronx in NY where they had a daughter, June Rose. My grandmother and grandfather later divorced and my grandmother and her daughter (June Rose), moved back to England in about 1933.

I have one letter from my Grandfather Gannon to my mother (June Rose)writen in 1939 and a photo of my Great Grandparents taken in NY. Apart from this I have no connection.

Please can someone help me find some more information about this side of my family.

Adrian Chessman
