Lewes, Delaware - November 9, 1964:
Womens Army Corps Staff Sgt. Ann L. Gannon, daughter of Mitchell R. Gannon of
Millsboro has joined the WAC Detachment, US Army Garrison, Camp Zama, Japan. She is a mess
sergeant. Before her arrival in the Far East, she was stationed with the WAC
Detachment, USAG, Ft. Riley, Kansas. She is a 1949 graduate from Lewes High School, Lewes,
Delaware.
