Thanks Bonnie. I came across that James on the LDS site. But if its accurate that James supposedly died Tenn.,about 1863. My James married Sarah Gann,in 1839-40,at Hamilton,a 2nd cousin and from what I could find, Sarah was his only wife. Some of their sons were John,b.c.,1840,Joseph,b.c.1850,James,b.c.1855 and Anderson who all came to Missouri before 1860. They lived in Washington Co.,Mo.til 1890, then to St.Francois Co.,Mo..My James died at St.Francois,1903, according to his pension record. This may turn out to be him if the 1863 death date is wrong. Its not too long after his migration to Mo.,and someone may have assumed he died after disappearing from Tennessee...Al
