I am lookinbg for a chambers/ lindsey connection around 1820. Noticed both names in your post and thought we might be connected. Our gggrandfather Lindsey/Linzy/Linza Chambers shows mother born TN father NC but I have found Lindsey/Chambers marriages later so thought that might be the case and account for his name. He was in Buchanan Co., Mo by 1844 and married Malinda Pettit there. If any of this seems feasable or you have info or a hint where else I might look, please let me know. Thanks. MM
