Hi, have just recently started checking the
net thru Family Tree..see that you are
a descendent of Nathan Aldredge Gann as I am.
My grandfather's mother Sarah Frances Gann
Powell was a daughter of Nathan and Jane
Parish.However, according to info that I hava
he was born in Nacogdoches or Angelina Co Tx
in 1845. He died in 1924 & is buried in
Barton Cem. Buda, Hayes Co. Texas. His 2nd
wife was Mary Mayes.his father was Nathan
Wilson Gann born in Hardin Co. Tn. who was
married to Aletha Jane Aldredge.His father
was William Gann and his father was Ignatius
Nathan Gann who lived in Washington Co. Tenn
and is buried near Jonesboro, Tn. Probablly
you have most of this, I have not pursued
this side for some time but do have a lot
of info shared with me over the years.
