I don't have info on Joseph (his name was Joseph Silvin), son of Seaborn and Elizabeth(Harris) Gann but I do have info on Joseph Silvin Gann, son of Jackson C. Gann (son of Seaborn and Elizabeth) and Dorotha Nora Fincher) I believe this Jackson C. Gann, born 24 Nov 1865 is Joseph Cilvin, last child of Seaborn and Elizabeth.

Joseph Cilvin, 44 years (born 1915) died this A.M. at his residence. Survivors were Mother, Nora Gann ; 3 sisters, Dollie McMillion of Huntsville, AL.; Bessie Turley of Albertville, AL.; Beulah Leroy of St. Petersburg, FL. Four brothers, all of Anniston, Lemuel J. Gann; T.R. (Theodore);Jimmy (James); and L.S.Gann.
Nora,(born Aug 1875, don't have her death date but she was buried in Anniston, AL.) Jackson C. (b. 24 Nov 1865, died 10 June 1954 Anniston, AL. buried Union Bapt Cem., Clay Co., AL.) and their children, Lemuel J, Theodore R.
(born 7 Oct 1912 died 23 Dec 1967, buried Trinity Bapt. Cem., Oxford, AL.),and Jimmy. Nora, Lemuel J. and Jimmy were all buried in an Anniston Cemetery. (Jimmy was a neighbor of mine).
In the 1880 Haralson Co. census, Elizabeth's mother, Jane Harris, was residing with Seaborn and Elizabeth.
Elizabeth 's parents were Charles Harris, born 1776 in Laurens County, SC, died Nov 14, 1865 in Green Ar., married abt 1807 in Pendleton District, SC To Jane Cannon, born 1788
SC and died after Mar 16 1884 in Paulding County, GA. Her father was Richard Cannon. Her mother's name not known.
Charles Harris was the son of William Harris, Jr. and Frances Rogers.
William Harris, Jr. was the son of William Harris, Sr. and his his mother's name not known.
William, Sr. was granted land in Berkley, Laurens County, SC.
Charles ahd Jane had the following children:
Archibald Harris, born abt 1805 Abbeville SC, died 1865 Cleburne County, AL., married Elizabeth Carter.
Elizabeth Harris, born abt 1809 Abbeville, SC., married before 1840 in GA.to Seaborn Gann.
Daniel Harris, born abt 1811 SC.
Edward Harris, born abt 1813 SC.
Lucinda Harris, born 25 Jan 1815 Laurens County, SC, died 10 Jan 1859 Paulding County, GA., married 1834 Cobb County, GA. to James Thompson Carter, born 11 July 1815 Laurens County, SC, died 1 May 1899 Paulding County, GA. (Their eldest son, Joseph Andrew Carter, married my grandfather's sister, Celia Ann Smith)
Charles W. Harris, born abt 1819.
Robert Harris, born abt 1822.
Green Berry Harris, born between 1823-1827, married 2 March 1848 in Paulding Co., GA. to Pamela Ann Adair.
