I noticed that one of Thomas Gann's children was named Wesley. Do you have any dates for him? Though I am not related to him directly, it would be nice to make the connection.
My g-aunt, Anna Elizabeth Smith b. 1858, married 9/1/1877, Calloway Gann b. 9/26/1854, in Hamilton Co., TN. Calloway was the son of Wesley Gann and Elizabeth Wilcoxson. Assuming Wesley was at about 25 when Calloway was born it would make Wesley's b'day about 1829. Thomas would have been about 34 at that time.
