I have a Richard Reuban Gann born 7 Nov 1826 that was married to Amanda Charity Runnells. Do you think he is the one you are looking for? If so, his parents were James Gann and Martha "Patsy" Humphries Gann. Amanda's parents are Joseph and Kisiah Runnells from South Carolina. I have additional information on him if this is the one you are looking for.
