I am looking for any information on David Smart b. 5th July 1894 in Scotland. Migrated to Brockville in 1910, he and his brother James were sent by Quarriers, probably to the Orphan home Fairknowe. His sister Isabella was sent by Quarriers to Brockville in 1912. Quarriers provided the information that David had died at the Western Sanitarium , according to the Kingston newspapers.The date that we have is March 15, 1921. It is unknown if that was the death date or if that was the date they received the information. I am looking for information on the Western Sanitarium, and where I might be able to contact them for information.
