Sarah Galyon md. Houston Anderson Easter in 1855. Sarah was the daughter of William and Jane King Galyon who were married ca. 1817 in Grainger Co., TN. William was the son of John Gallion Sr. and his unknown 1st wife. John was born ca. 1770 prob. in Surry or Wilkes Col, NC to Jacob and Eliz. Arnold Gallion who were md. ca. 1753 in Harford Co., Md. Jacob was born ca. 1733 to Thomas and Mary Young Gallion who were md. ca. 1731 in Harford Co., MD. Thomas was born ca. 1707 to John and Mary Wright? Gallion also of Harford Co. John was born ca. 1670 to Joseph Gallion, the original immigrant. Joseph came to America in 1664 from London, England to be a tobacco planter. Joseph was born ca. 1633 to William and Joan Palmer Gallion of London, England who were md. ca. 1615 in Chigwell, Essex.
