First: I went through my marriage license and Alice Lonsdale's father was James Lonsdale from Exeter, NE. Alice was 18 and Edward was 21. They were married on March 4, 1899.Charles F. and Bertha Galusha of Seward were witnesses. It looks like E. H. Oerman was a minister that married them. I found a picture of Alice at the Exeter High School Graduation class and had to take a picture of it through glass. It reflected the light but a gentleman who is working with them said he would make me a good copy for the book on relatives. Do you have access to the Nebraska Census records? If not I can run down to the library and do some research for you on her line. BY THE WAY: Your lineage is not Charles Henry, but Charles who married Electa Johnson. Charles Henry was his son. Is it possible to get some information from you on your families?
MY FAMILY WAS: Charles, George Henry, Fred, and then myself Richard Lou Galusha. We lived in Central City. My dad died when I was 7. I have been doing genealogy on the Galushas of Nebraska for over 25 years so if I can help in anyway let me know. The book should be out by the time we have the ALL GALUSHA REUNION IN KEARNEY, JUNE 21-23, 2002
