C.V.Gallup early 20th century artist

I am looking for information about an artist named C. V. Gallup who painted in watercolors, possibly in New York or New Jersey in the early 1900s. I do not know if this was a man or woman. I suspect it may have been Clara V. Gallup, wife of Charles Gallup of New York City. She married Charles about 1892. She was born about January of 1848, so it may not have been a first marriage for either of them. She was born in NYC but both of her parents were born in Maine. The only other C. V. Gallups I have found are a Charles Van Esdyk Gallup aad a C. V. Gallup from Upton, NY who enlisted in the army in 1918. I don't have any more information about either of these men. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Kevin
