Hi Shirley,
It is possible that this could be the Solomon Farley who fought at Bunker Hill and later died at Peel Station New Brunswick, but I have a feeling that this may be a cousin (perhaps a second cousin) who had the same first name. If this is my wife's ancestor Solomon Farley, then she and I are probably related through the Richardson family, as I am descended from two of the three Richardson brothers of Woburn, Mass.
If I get a chance to do some research at the New England Historic Genealogical Society, I might find out if there is any more information on this Solomon-5 Farley born in 1754, son of Timothy-4; Timothy-3; Caleb-2; George-1.
