Hi Renamarie
I am one of your cousins from Bayonne. My mother, Anna Mae Gallavan was the daughter of James amd Johanna Dempsey Gallavan of Elmira. My mother's sister, Helen Nora Gallavan was born in Elmira in January 1901 and married Louis Garley and lived in Bayonne.I assume this is the Garley that you are referring to.She lived in my parent's house in later years, as a widow.I remember a Great Aunt Teresa and Great Aunt Note(sp) from Elmira as a child.I remember cousins with the last name, Young and they owned an Elmira television store in the 50's.I assume we are related?
Regards
John
