I am looking for the granddaughter of my uncle Jake. Jake Gallion died of luekemia in 1944 - April or May. He was flown back to the states just months prior to his death. Jake was born in Mo to Wm A Gallion and Virginia Louisianna Ford in aprox 1093. His borthers were Ben, who preceded him in death(at the age of 18 in MO) and his younger brother Virgil A. (my father) His sisters were Florence and Bertha. The family lived in Fredonia Ks after 1908. Jake's daughter's married name was Smith, her daughter was about 4yrs old.in 1944.
