The GALLION family originated in Hartford and Baltimore Counties in Maryland. Joseph GALLION came over from England around 1685. From there the GALLION family migrated to Ohio, Surry County, NC, Arkansas and several other places. The descendants of Joseph GALLION spell their names as Galyean, Galyan, Galyen, and many other ways, sometimes within the same family. Please check my home page with a link to our genealogy at: http://members.home.com/feagin/index.html

Regards,

John D. Feagin

Researching: GALLION, GALYEAN, FALKENBURG, LOWE, NICHOLS, RECTOR, and many other names.
