I found an obituary among old newspaper clippings. The Mirror-Exchange, Milan, Tennessee, Wednesday, March 4, 1981 Mertie Gallimore Lavinia-Services for Miss Mertie Beulah Gallimore, 86, were Monday, March 2, at Bodkin Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Barger officiating. Burial was in Obion Chapel Cemetary near Cedar Grove. Miss Gallimore died Saturday afternoon, Feb. 28, at her home after a long illness. She was a member of Cool Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She leaves no immediate survivors.
