I have read your postings regarding the Gallimore name in Adams County. I have recently started researching this name hoping to find information on a Leo Gallamore who was the son of Washington Emmit Gallemore. Would either of you have further information that you could share? 1870 census shows Washington E. Galamore at the age of 2; 1900 shows him (Gallamore) born Dec. 1869; 1910 shows his name as Gallimore age 39, married to Rosie and then 1920 shows him listed as Emmet W. Gallemore age 52 married to Rosa.
His son, Leo was married twice (first unknown) and then to Janie C. Curtis, who was my grandmother. Their marriage certificate shows that his father was Emmett Gallamore and mother was Rosa Brownley (Brownlee). I would like to know more about him and his family.

Any information would be appreciated. Am planning a trip down to Quincy soon to do some more digging and cemetery hunting.
